Every section foreman employed by a railroad company shall upon discovery of any fire in the section under his jurisdiction for which said company is liable, under section 1503.24 of the Revised Code, summon necessary assistance, proceed to the fire and extinguish it, and give such assistance to the local or subdistrict forest fire warden as is requested by such warden.
