1503.10 Supervision of forest-fire wardens.

The chief of the division of forestry shall supervise all forest-fire wardens, shall instruct them in their duties, shall enforce all laws of this state for the prevention and suppression of forest fires, and shall cause those who violate such laws to be prosecuted.
