1309.528 Corporate and uniform commercial code filing fund - UCC 9-528.


OH Rev Code § 1309.528 What's This?

All fees collected by the secretary of state for filings under Title XIII or XVII of the Revised Code shall be deposited into the state treasury to the credit of the corporate and uniform commercial code filing fund, which is hereby created. All moneys credited to the fund shall be used for the purpose of paying for the operations of the office of the secretary of state and for the purpose of paying for expenses relating to the processing of filings under Title XIII or XVII of the Revised Code.
