189.07 Submission of proposals.


OH Rev Code § 189.07 What's This?

A political subdivision seeking an award under the local government innovation program shall submit a proposal to the subdivision’s district public works integrating committee. The committee shall submit the proposal to the department of development, with advisory comments. The department shall provide the proposal to the local government innovation council for evaluation and selection.
