183.33 Prohibited acts concerning general revenue fund.


OH Rev Code § 183.33 What's This?

No money shall be appropriated or transferred from the general revenue fund to the law enforcement improvements trust fund, southern Ohio agricultural and community development trust fund, southern Ohio agricultural and community development foundation endowment fund, Ohio’s public health priorities trust fund, biomedical research and technology transfer trust fund, education facilities trust fund, or education technology trust fund.
