Chapter 183: TOBACCO MASTER SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
183.28 Education technology trust fund.


OH Rev Code § 183.28 What's This?

The education technology trust fund is hereby created in the state treasury. Money credited to the fund shall be used to pay costs of the eTech Ohio commission under section 3353.02 of the Revised Code. All investment earnings of the fund shall be credited to the fund.
