Chapter 183: TOBACCO MASTER SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
183.11 Southern Ohio agricultural and community development trust fund.


OH Rev Code § 183.11 What's This?

The southern Ohio agricultural and community development trust fund is hereby created in the state treasury. Money credited to the fund shall be used as provided in sections 183.12 to 183.17 of the Revised Code. All investment earnings of the fund shall be credited to the fund.
