173.434 Adoption of rules.


OH Rev Code § 173.434 What's This?

The director of job and family services shall adopt rules under section 5111.85 of the Revised Code to authorize the director of aging to adopt rules that are needed to implement sections 173.43 to 173.432 of the Revised Code. The director of aging’s rules shall be adopted in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
