145.462 Increase in benefits payable prior to 02-01-84.


OH Rev Code § 145.462 What's This?

As used in this section, “benefit” means any allowance, pension, or other benefit to which an individual is entitled and that he receives pursuant to section 145.32, 145.33, 145.34, 145.36, 145.37, 145.45, or 145.46 of the Revised Code.

The annual amount of each benefit which was payable prior to February 1, 1984, shall, after the adjustment required by section 145.323 of the Revised Code, be increased by five per cent.
