125.93 Control center - powers and duties.


OH Rev Code § 125.93 What's This?

The state forms management program shall do each of the following:

(A) Assist state agencies in establishing internal forms management capabilities;

(B) Assist state agencies to design economical forms;

(C) Assist, train, and instruct state agencies and their forms management representatives in forms management techniques, and provide direct forms management assistance to new state agencies as they are created.
