Chapter 125: DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - OFFICE SERVICES
125.68 Binding.
The department of administrative services shall provide for the necessary binding in each printing contract. If binding is required without the purchase of printing, the state shall provide it in such manner as it deems most advantageous to the state. Before a contract for binding is awarded, the contractor shall execute a bond to the state with one corporate or two personal sureties in the amount satisfactory to the department of administrative services, conditioned for the faithful performance of the work specified in the contract. In the execution of the work of binding and the transportation of sheets, bound copies, and documents, the department and the contractors shall be governed by the rules relative to contracts for public printing.
