125.601 Procurement from community rehabilitation programs.


OH Rev Code § 125.601 What's This?

(A) Not later than July 1, 2007, the director of administrative services shall establish the office of procurement from community rehabilitation programs within the department of administrative services. The director shall designate an employee of the department to serve as administrator of the office.

(B) Not later than July 1, 2007, the director shall abolish the state committee for the purchase of products and services provided by persons with severe disabilities in accordance with section 4115.36 of the Revised Code.
