125.57 Delivery of paper to contractors.


OH Rev Code § 125.57 What's This?

The paper for state printing may be furnished by the state upon the requisition of the department of administrative services. If the state furnishes the paper the department shall deliver to each contractor available paper for the printing he is required to execute and receive from him a receipt therefor. Paper not used in state printing shall be returned to the paper warehouse. The printer shall be charged full value and handling costs for paper which has been wasted or converted to another use. Each shipment of paper shall be accounted for on the printing invoice for the order that the paper was furnished. No invoice shall be approved unless the paper account is correct.
