Chapter 125: DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - OFFICE SERVICES
125.54 Same person may become contractor for two or more classes.

Sections 125.43 to 125.76 of the Revised Code do not prevent the same person from becoming a contractor for two or more classes of printing, if he is the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, but the department of administrative services shall not be required to award more than one class of printing to the same person or firm if in its opinion such person or firm has not the proper facilities for doing the work expeditiously, and that it will be for the best interest of the state to have the different classes of printing done by separate contractors; provided that no contract for any class or part thereof shall be awarded except to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in accordance with section 9.312 of the Revised Code.
