125.53 Rejection of bids after second advertisement.


OH Rev Code § 125.53 What's This?

If the department of administrative services advertises a second time for proposals for state printing, and it is of the opinion that there was collusion among the bidders or that the bids are too high, it may reject any or all such bids if it deems it is for the best interests of the state, and enter into a contract with any person who files a bond for the execution of the classes not awarded.
