OH Rev Code § 125.52 What's This?

If the department of administrative services is of the opinion that there was collusion between the bidders or that the lowest responsive and responsible bids are too high, it may reject any or all bids and readvertise, pursuant to sections 125.07 and 125.08 of the Revised Code, the classes of printing not awarded.
