125.32 Department shall fix kind, weight and quality of paper.


OH Rev Code § 125.32 What's This?

The department of administrative services shall fix the kind, weight, and quality of all paper used in public printing and if supplied by the state shall cause the same to be purchased pursuant to section 125.07 of the Revised Code.
