125.212 Life insurance investment fund.

The life insurance investment fund is hereby created in the state treasury. The fund shall consist of amounts from the payroll withholding fund created by section 125.21 of the Revised Code, life insurance premium refunds received by the state, and other receipts related to the state’s life insurance benefit program. The fund shall be used to pay the costs of the state’s life insurance benefit program. All investment earnings of the life insurance investment fund shall be credited to the fund.
