123.14 Claims paid upon order of director.


OH Rev Code § 123.14 What's This?

All claims against the state for the improvement, repair, maintenance, and operation of the public works of Ohio, including salary and expenses of all employees engaged in such work, shall be paid upon the order of the director of administrative services.
