122.076 Energy projects fund.

There is hereby created in the state treasury the energy projects fund consisting of nonfederal revenue that is remitted to the director of development for the purpose of energy projects. Money in the fund shall be used by the department of development for energy projects and to pay the costs incurred in administering the energy projects.
