Chapter 121: STATE DEPARTMENTS
121.09 [Effective Until 10/17/2011] Qualifications of director of agriculture and chief of division of animal industry.
The director of agriculture shall be a person actively identified with agriculture.
The chief of the division of animal industry shall be a graduate of a recognized college of veterinary medicine and licensed to practice veterinary medicine and surgery in this state.
