107.54 Evaulation of draft rules; recommendations.


OH Rev Code § 107.54 What's This?

When the common sense initiative office receives a draft rule and business impact analysis from an agency, the office shall evaluate the draft rule and analysis against the business impact analysis instrument and any other relevant criteria, and may prepare and transmit recommendations to the agency on how the draft rule might be revised to eliminate or reduce any adverse impact the draft rule might have on businesses.

The office shall transmit any such recommendations electronically to the agency. If the office fails to make such a transmission after receiving the draft rule and business impact analysis, it is as if the office had elected not to make any recommendations.
