Chapter 955: DOGS
955.44 Fines credited to dog and kennel fund.

955.44 Fines credited to dog and kennel fund.

All fines collected for violations of sections 955.11, 955.21, 955.22, 955.23, 955.25, and 955.261 of the Revised Code shall be deposited in the county treasury to the credit of the dog and kennel fund.
