4953.04 Restrictions for union terminal company service.

No union terminal company or corporation shall engage in the business of motor transportation service, as defined in sections 4905.03, 4921.02, and 4923.02 of the Revised Code, over any public highway in this state, without obtaining authority from the public utilities commission, and complying with all laws governing every corporation or company when engaged or proposing to engage in such motor transportation service.

Effective Date: 10-01-1953
