Chapter 4931: COMPANIES - TELEGRAPH; TELEPHONE

No person shall intentionally injure, molest, or destroy a line, post, abutment, or any material or property of a telephone or telegraph company. Prosecution under this section shall be by indictment.

Repealed by 128th General Assembly File No. 43, SB 162, § 2, eff. 9/13/2010.
