4510.72 License reinstatement fee - designation of compact administrator.
4510.72 License reinstatement fee - designation of compact administrator.
(A) A fee of thirty dollars shall be charged by the registrar of motor vehicles for the reinstatement of any driver’s license suspended pursuant to division (A) of Article IV of the compact enacted in section 4510.71 of the Revised Code.
(B) Pursuant to division (A) of Article VI of the nonresident violator compact of 1977 enacted in section 4510.71 of the Revised Code, the director of public safety shall serve as the compact administrator for Ohio.
