3733.04 Fees.

3733.04 Fees.

The licensor of a manufactured home park may charge a fee for an annual license to operate such a park. The fee for a license shall be determined in accordance with section 3709.09 of the Revised Code and shall include the cost of licensing and all inspections.

The fee also shall include any additional amount determined by rule of the public health council, which shall be collected and transmitted by the board of health to the director of health pursuant to section 3709.092 of the Revised Code and used only for the purpose of administering and enforcing sections 3733.01 to 3733.08 of the Revised Code and the rules adopted under those sections. The portion of any fee retained by the board of health shall be paid into a special fund and used only for the purpose of administering and enforcing sections 3733.01 to 3733.08 of the Revised Code and the rules adopted thereunder.
