Chapter 3722: ADULT CARE FACILITIES

3722.99 Penalty.

Whoever violates division (A) (1) of section 3722.16 of the Revised Code shall be fined two thousand dollars for a first offense; for each subsequent offense, such person shall be fined five thousand dollars.

Whoever violates division (C) of section 3722.12 or division (A)(2), (3), (4), (5) or (6), (B), (C), (D), (E), or (F) of section 3722.16 of the Revised Code shall be fined five hundred dollars for a first offense; for each subsequent offense, such person shall be fined one thousand dollars.
