3306.57 Gifts, devises and bequests.
The department of education may accept, receive, and expend gifts, devises, or bequests of money, lands, or other properties for operation of the Harmon commission and the award of grants and subsidies under section 3306.58 of the Revised Code. The state board of education may adopt rules for the purpose of enabling the department to carry out the conditions and limitations upon which a bequest, gift, or endowment is made.
