3306.56 Progress reports.
The city, exempted village, or local school district or community school that operates a classroom designated by the Harmon commission as a creative learning environment shall submit periodic progress reports on the operation and performance of the classroom to the department of education in the manner and by the deadlines prescribed by the department.
