3306.191 Calculation and payment of additional transitional aid.
3306.191 Calculation and payment of additional transitional aid.
The department of education shall calculate and pay additional transitional aid in fiscal year 2011 to a city, local, and exempted village school district equal to the following: (0.98 X the district’s state education aid for fiscal year 2010) the district’s state education aid for fiscal year 2011.
If the result is a negative number, no payment shall be paid under this section.
As used in this section, “state education aid” has the same meaning as in section 5751.20 of the Revised Code.
