3301.922 [Effective 9/17/2010] Annual report on student health and wellness.

The department of education shall issue an annual report on the compliance of public and chartered nonpublic schools with the requirements of section 3313.674 of the Revised Code. The department shall include in the report any data regarding student health and wellness collected by the department in conjunction with those requirements. The department shall submit each report to the governor, the general assembly, and the healthy choices for healthy children council.
