321.18 Termination of interest on warrants.

321.18 Termination of interest on warrants.

As soon as sufficient funds are in the county treasury to redeem the warrants drawn on the treasury, and on which interest is accruing, the county treasurer shall give notice in a newspaper published in and circulating in his county that he is ready to redeem such warrants, and from the date of the notice the interest on such warrants shall cease.
