1503.09 Appointment of forest-fire wardens.

1503.09 Appointment of forest-fire wardens.

The chief of the division of forestry may appoint forest-fire wardens, whose jurisdiction shall extend over such territory as the chief determines, subject to the approval of the director of natural resources. Any such warden shall hold office for the term of one year or until his successor is appointed, but he may at any time be summarily removed by the chief.
