1327.511 Scale certification fund.

1327.511 Scale certification fund.

All money collected under section 1327.50 of the Revised Code for services rendered by the department of agriculture in operating the type evaluation program shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the metrology and scale certification fund, which is hereby created. Money credited to the fund shall be used to pay operating costs incurred by the department in administering the program.
