126.24 OAKS support organization fund.
126.24 OAKS support organization fund.
The OAKS support organization fund is hereby created in the state treasury for the purpose of paying the operating expenses of the state’s enterprise resource planning system. The fund shall consist of cash transfers from the accounting and budgeting fund and the human resources services fund, and other revenues designated to support the operating costs of the Ohio administrative knowledge system. All investment earnings of the fund shall be credited to the fund.
