§ 3309.68. Payment of amounts due school employees retirement system.
All amounts due the school employees retirement system from the state treasury pursuant to this chapter shall be promptly paid upon warrant of the director of budget and management pursuant to a voucher approved by the director.

Not analogous to former RC § 3309.68 (GC § 7896-129; 117 v 122; Bureau of Code Revision, 10-1-53), repealed 134 v H 511, § 2, eff 1-1-74.
Effect of Amendments
151 v H 530, effective December 1, 2006, substituted "director of budget and management" for "auditor of state", and deleted "of budget and management" from the end.
