2006 Ohio Revised Code - 943.09. Weigher\'s license.
Licenses shall be issued by the department of agriculture to weighers under such rules and regulations as the department shall prescribe. Each weigher shall display his license in a conspicuous place on or adjacent to the weighing facility operated by such weigher. A weigher's license may be revoked for a violation of
section 943.11 of the Revised Code or of the rules and regulations of the department relating thereto. The license of any weigher convicted of a violation of such section shall be promptly revoked. A weigher's license, unless revoked, shall expire on the thirty-first day of March of each year and shall be renewed according to the standard renewal procedure of
sections 4745.01 to
4745.03, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
