2006 Ohio Revised Code - 943.06. Posting of license.
Every dealer and broker licensed under
section 943.03 of the Revised Code, and carrying on or conducting business under such license, shall post in a conspicuous place in or at the place of business of such licensee a copy of such license furnished by the department of agriculture, to be kept so posted and exposed for inspection by any person.
