§ 909.15. Disposition of fees and fines.
All moneys from registration fees and from fines imposed and recovered under
sections 909.01 to
909.18 of the Revised Code, shall be paid to the director of agriculture, who shall deposit such moneys in the state treasury to the credit of the general revenue fund.
