[§ 905.38.1] § 905.381. Fund accounts and reports.
The director of agriculture shall keep accurate accounts of all receipts and disbursements from the commercial feed, fertilizer, seed, and lime inspection and laboratory fund, and shall prepare, and provide upon request, an annual report classifying the receipts and disbursements as pertaining to either feed, fertilizer, seed, or lime.

Effect of Amendments
151 v H 66, effective June 30, 2005, inserted "seed" twice.
