§ 723.17. Petition for sprinkling streets.
The legislative authority of a municipal corporation, upon the petition of thirty-five per cent of the electors in such municipal corporation, certified by the mayor thereof to the legislative authority, may, by ordinance, providedÅ for sprinkling with water any part of the streets, avenues, squares, and public places within the municipal corporation in the manner provided by
sections 723.18 to
723.20, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
