[§ 715.77.1] § 715.771. Filing of documents with development director.
Upon the creation of a joint economic development district under
section 715.72 of the Revised Code, one of the contracting parties shall file a copy of each of the documents described in divisions (A) to (G) of
section 715.76 of the Revised Code with the director of development.
