§ 711.35. Publication of notice.
Upon the filing of the application provided for in
section 711.34 of the Revised Code, the county auditor shall give notice, by publication, for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper published and of general circulation in the county, of the filing thereof, and shall also notify the board of county commissioners of such filing.
