§ 709.13. Annexation of territory upon action by inhabitants generally.
The inhabitants, generally, of a municipal corporation may enlarge the limits of the municipal corporation by the annexation of contiguous territory in the manner provided by
sections 709.14 to
709.16 of the Revised Code.
