§ 6135.10. Employment of additional engineers.
After the adjournment of the joint board of county commissioners, if its report, as provided in
section 6135.09 of the Revised Code, is in favor of the location, the members thereof from this state shall select a competent engineer to meet one to be appointed by the proper authorities of the other state joining with them in the proceedings.
