[§ 5749.02.1] § 5749.021. Repealed.

This section concerned crediting of moneys received for tax years 1984-1991.
The repeal provisions of § 3 of HB 385 (139 v - ) read as follows:
SECTION 3. That section 5749.021 of the Revised Code as enacted by this act is hereby repealed effective from and after December 31, 1991, unless reenacted by the General Assembly.
