The provisions of § 7 of HB 37 (140 v - ) read as follows:
SECTION 7. The repeal of section 5719.15 of the Revised Code is in confirmation of an identical repeal of such section by Am. Sub. H.B. 379 of the 114th General Assembly, which repeal was not recited in the title of that act.
