§ 5703.37. Service of order or notice.
 

Whenever service of a notice or order is required in the manner provided in this section, a certified copy of the order or notice shall be served upon the person affected thereby either by personal service or by certified mail. Within the time specified in an order of the department of taxation, every person upon whom it is served, if required by the order, shall notify the department, by personal service, certified mail, or a delivery service authorized under section 5703.056 [5703.05.6] of the Revised Code, whether the terms of the order are accepted and will be obeyed.
