§ 519.20. Outdoor advertising classified as business use.
For the purposes of
sections 519.02 to
519.25, inclusive, of the Revised Code, outdoor advertising shall be classified as a business use and be permitted in all districts zoned for industry, business, or trade, or lands used for agricultural purposes.
